Refund Policy

On-Demand Courses: All purchases are non-refundable. Access to content is immediate, and use of the materials is the client’s responsibility.

Booked Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside 24 hours will incur a 25% fee, charged to the credit card on file.
